Delhi Police sent notice to farmer who died last year in 26 January violence case

The names of Jagir Singh, Surjit Singh and Gurcharan Singh are in this notice. The trio were asked to appear in the Delhi Police ACP Crime Branch office on 3 March. Appeal for help from Punjab government
Surjit Singh's son is Bhupinder Singh. Speaking to The Lallantop, he said,
"My father is very old. They listen loudly. Old and sick. How can they be a part of any movement. Also, how can they go to Delhi to join any investigation. We are very scared that what will happen if a police comes to us? "
What is your connection with the peasant movement? In response to this question, Bhupinder Singh says,
"Neither we ever went to the movement nor sent a tractor. Taya ji is not there, father is ill, uncle has nothing to do with it. If I have not gone, then why is our name being added to it. The legal team of United Kisan Morcha has spoken of help but I appeal to the Punjab government for help. ”
How did the notice come again?
Delhi Police has made two tweets in this case. In the first tweet, Delhi Police has said that according to the Punjab Registration Authority's ownership record, tractor number PB 27 6306 is the name of three people - Jagir, Surjeet and Gurcharan Singh. Therefore, notice has been sent to these three to join the investigation. In their second tweet, police has also shared the tractor photo.
On the vahan.parivahan.gov.in site, we also checked this tractor number. According to the records, this tractor is still mounted on the names of the three brothers. And perhaps the police has sent notices to Jagir Singh, Surjeet Singh and Gurcharan Singh on this basis. According to the notice, there was to be produced on March 3, which did not happen. After this, no phone, police etc. have reached to Bhupinder Singh on behalf of Crime Branch.
